About Your Massage Therapist
As an athlete with writers, runners, and fire fighters in my family, I know the importance of getting a massage that addresses the stress and strain of our day-to-day lives. Since every body and every stress is different, the work I do at Recalibrate is designed to address each clients' specific needs, leaving them refreshed and finely-tuned so they can get back to living their best and most grounded lives.
I do this by specializing in multiple massage techniques - Swedish, Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and more, and staying dedicated to continuing education so I can always offer the best and newest techniques. I also incorporate organic essential oils, tuning forks for vibrational healing and grounding, and meditative prompts to create a unique and personalized experience for each client.
Licensed in Illinois, California, and Nevada, I have been providing relief and recalibration to clients for over 8 years.

The Recalibrate: The signature Recalibrate massage incorporates a mix of massage techniques and is perfect for those who need to release tension from sitting at desks all day or who are looking for a blend of The Escape and The Athlete. Designed to make you feel brand new again!
The Athlete: A massage tailored to the needs of an athlete to improve range of motion and stimulate the circulatory system. This massage addresses muscle-strain and recovery, incorporating multiple techniques, stretching, and more movement than a regular massage.
The Escape: A luxurious spa-like experience brought to you. This calming massage is perfect for anyone who needs to relax, unwind, and melt away the cares of the day.
